Summary

In the bustling city of Islamabad, a young boy named Der Kashm navigates a life full of hardship and resilience. Born into unfortunate circumstances, he becomes entangled in a web of crime and deceit, all while yearning for a sense of belonging and purpose.

Der Kashm’s journey begins with his mother, a woman forced into a life of hardship. She reveals a shocking truth to a man named Khalil – Der Kashm is his son. Khalil, a seemingly respectable man, rejects Der Kashm and his mother, refusing to acknowledge his own blood. This rejection leaves a deep scar on Der Kashm’s young heart, fueling his resentment towards his father and society.

As Der Kashm grows older, he finds himself drawn into the criminal underworld, seeking both survival and a way to escape his troubled past. He becomes involved in dangerous activities, including drug dealing and smuggling. Despite the risks, Der Kashm’s determination to protect his younger sister, Rooh, remains unwavering.

Meanwhile, Rooh faces her own set of challenges. Diagnosed with a rare blood disorder, she struggles to find hope in a world that seems indifferent to her suffering. Despite her illness, Rooh possesses a strong spirit and a fierce determination to live life to the fullest.

As Der Kashm’s criminal activities escalate, he becomes entangled with a group of individuals involved in human trafficking. Tasked with delivering a mysterious package to a school, he unwittingly becomes complicit in a sinister plot. This event marks a turning point in Der Kashm’s life, forcing him to confront the consequences of his actions and the darkness that surrounds him.

Years later, Der Kashm and Rooh’s paths cross once again. Rooh, now a young woman, is still battling her illness and searching for a way to afford the expensive treatment she desperately needs. Der Kashm, haunted by his past and the choices he has made, is determined to help his sister, even if it means risking his own freedom.

As the siblings’ lives intertwine, they must confront the harsh realities of their past and the uncertain future that lies ahead. Together, they navigate a world filled with danger, betrayal, and the enduring power of hope.
